I had an amazing experience at this resort! The hotel is in a beautiful location with pristine beaches and excellent service throughout our stay. I just got back from the Riu Yucatan and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The grounds are beautiful, and you really feel the warmth of the staff. The food is excellent and consistently hot, which is a rarity in resorts. However, there were some issues with the room decor and amenities that I hope they address.
