I had an amazing experience at this resort! The hotel is in a beautiful location with pristine beaches and excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, but a bit of updating in the bathroom would make it perfect. The food was fantastic, offering a wide range of dining options, although the steakhouse didn't quite meet our expectations compared to the main dining room. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I would return without hesitation.

I just got back from the Riu Yucatan and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The grounds are beautiful, and you really feel the warmth of the staff. The food is excellent and consistently hot, which is a rarity in resorts. However, there were some issues with the room decor and amenities that I hope they address. The beach and pool areas were definitely highlights, making it a great place for families.
